Since it is 93 cap and awakening is here, many skills have changed, I am a bit confused about what to do with my chronicle character which is a destroyer, any1 has some pro ideas for both pve and pvp build? It will be really appreciated三( ﾟ∀ﾟ)ﾌ

This should be in the warrior's section, but, as a returning destroyer, I have to say that if you want to do well in both pvp and pve, you would need dual builds. A hybrid build will get you far but it will not be efficient for pve. With awakening, it "forces" to pick skills from the destroyer branch rather than the barb branch. Basically, you have to sacrifice majority of the barb branch skills.
In pvp, +6 rising slash and/or +6 destructive swing from the warrior class, are needed (for me), but for pve, you would only want to use the minimum requirement 45 sp. But I have not pvp since 60 cap so, can't help you there.
In pve, I would share my build but mine focuses on a hybrid between tank and damage since I only duo with a dps class. Destroyers can be dps or tank, depending on your preference. If tank, focus more on vit. and support skills along with cd plates if needed (awk. maelstrom howl is recommended). If dps, focus more on offensive skills (like maxed whirlwind) and you do not need crash mode and/or awk. maelstrom howl since it does less damage than the normal one with cd plate, if you choose to do so.
Of course, this is based from my play style, and I do not represent all destroyers here, lol. -
