Why not Exchange bugged iona for good iona at NPC?

As title said, maybe make Irine or cassie sell the good iona spirit in exchange for bugged or any iona spirit. Saves time for ED to process everyones iona.

Probably, but it'd have to be more than just Iona, there are people who still never got compensated for the bugged spirits caused from the transfer.
