With the PvP update, 2v2 ladder has been removed. Is there a rationale for this? (Was it due to unpopularity?)

Could we get it back? Maybe even 3v3s?

It was removed due to abuse, where you could get a 1v1 ladder rating then afk in 2v2 to get points while still being able to buy stuff in the ladder shop keeping the 1v1 rating. If they combined the ratings from both game modes it probably would be ok

also 2v2 was kind of unpopular but I think the afking was a bigger factor
