Guild Base Event Appeal

Criteria
At the end of the event period, the Guild Base will be given to the guilds of the Top 10 donators (via Trisha NPC in Saint Haven).

This kind of event is just wrong in so many way. A guild should get rewarded for their combined effort and working together, not because they house certain individuals. Not to mention this will cause even more gold sink in this no so great economy that we have due to people trying to out donate one another. The most cancerous thing may be guilds with guild base starting to sell guild slot which is just wrong. Please for the love of god change the event to something else that doesn't involve gold sink and is actually fun to do as a guild.

it could have been guild rumble or something fun and somewhat satisfying to compete for instead of seeing who has more disposable gold at their convenience. the community already has mixed feelings about gold and economy in the game. it really breeds a lot of bad behavior and cancerous stuff.

really, at least one of the gms has already seen how cancerous the community can be(as if it were difficult to see .-.) ... if they wanna make the game appealing to current and future players, maybe consider not making an event that alienates players or promotes unhealthy competition of ingame and real life wealth, instead of enjoying the game and growing as a community.

i mean its not like ED had multiple chances to do better already...
