Kind of obvious that Cherry would be sitting on a bunch of our tickets. They don't even officially service DN NA. DN Sea and their other games come in priority.
this is a worker of the people trying to reach out in the way he believes to be the most effective.
it seems like there are 'eyes' on them if anything too... hmm.. 'uncalled for' lets say is preformed by our GM's.
yes it's important to be aware of the falling rep of our GM's but that's not stopping from walking out the door just yet.
i pledge that some more people lend a hand where you can and also keep forward with your opinions, but let's not forget about both sides of the story.
Mm dumb question but is the "ticket" the 1:1 inquire under support on the DN website? or is there some way to submit a ticket in game?
That is the ticket system. It gets sent to cherry credits, which you can see and reply to via your registered e-mail (in game). To expedite a ticket in game, locate a GM online, let them know the affected ign and the ticket number (listed in the automated e-mail you get after 1:1 inquire).
