Chronicle Character ?

I read the Black Mara patch and it is said there that we can create a chronicle character (jumping to lvl 80)
However, I tried and make one and it turns out that there is no Chronicle Character creation available.
Is this a bug or just some faulty issue?

the GM's explanation is that if you made a chronicle back during the arch heretic's patch, you cannot make another chronicle, due to chronicle character creation not being reset. there has also been reports of other ppl not being able to make chronicle characters despite never having attempted to make a chronicle before black mara's(current) patch, sooooooooooooo its really just another bug/faulty issue :C

Yea, thing is I have never made one, and there is no option to make one atm.
Okay, at least for now I know that it is not because I missed any information about the chronicle character creation.

Yep. Neither I nor my friend have ever made a chronicle character. We literally just started this game this past month so it's impossible for us to have created one. But yeah, no option to create one.
