Any New Players?

I just started playing recently and I've noticed that there aren't many new players in the starting towns. The player base also seems to be fairly dead.
Is this happening because of my login times or is this game really about to die?

On a side note, would anyone like to play with a beginning player?

Its because a lot of people get to 93 quickly and don't stay around in the starter towns/Lotus Marsh. Most of the players that are on stay around in Saint's Haven.

The player base is dead, there are no new players.... Check the new players thread, do you see any introductions other than yourself?
The game is dead it's not your login times... Such as currently there are only 8 members online in the forums :/
The in game bots outnumber the players at this point.
Check the Steam charts, even EU which had an accidental server reset has more players than North America which is sad this is a great game.
Alot of my friends already quit, my brother quit last month... there are only a few people remaining hoping for a change that we will never get.
