Leveling up fast

I heard that there is a way to level to 93 VERY VERY fast and I wanted to know how I would go about doing that as im sure there are ways for me to grind more exp then i currently am. I am lvl 26 and ive only followed the main quest line

unfortunately you'll out level the main quest line very fast i recommend grinding these dungeons:
24-32 submerged ruins
32-40 desolation point
40-50 land of frost
50-60 crash site perimeter
60-70 golden grassland
70-75 blazing caldera
75-80 wall of laments
80-90 zephyr plains
90-93 red waste

I wanted to ask about that I know that submerged ruins is south of saint's haven because someone told em but how would i go about figuring out where all these regions are?

24-39 is west gate
40-59 is south gate
60-79 is east gate
80-90 is heart of merka which is just below the West gate
90-93 is rhadames which is just below the West gate too
