  • Adventure Bag (from Event)

    How come when I got 15 spaces left to fill my inventory, my adventure bag for 30 spaces will not just be used up to fill up those 15 last spaces. And now I can't transfer the bag to another account.
    Please fix this.

      No no no, not what I ment was I wanted to to expand my inventory space so I can hold more items. The Adventure bag that was given to us was for 30 spaces. I have 15 spaces left before I max out my spaces. The adventure bag item will not let me use it. Just so I can max out my inventory. But now i'm just holding this item and I can't use it on another account. Just wondering if something could be done about this.

        You... Shouldn't even be able to accept it on a character who cant use it? it blocked my main from having it because both his storage and bags are maxed... So if you mean to say it is physically in your EC inventory you should send a request to have it moved to another character.

          My normal bag, not my storage that the npc holds. My bag has 15 spaces until it is maxed out, but when I collected the reward from the special storage it gave me the normal bag expansion. The expansion is for 30 spaces, I have 15 spaces until maxed out. BUT it wouldn't let me just use it for the last 15 spaces I needed to max out my normal bag.

            The way Nexon did it was a GM had to remove 15 spaces, for you to be able to use it. No idea why they can't just just split it into the stacks of 5 but eh. whatever.

                Oh ok sry I forgot inventory bags did that. I would just submit a support request via that link I gave earlier and ask if they can do somthing like Darkness said. Dunno how good their support team is this early in but thats the best thing I can think to try.

                  that or they can create a system to have the bags defuse as used.. so 15 slots would give you 3 bags back.. in the event we ever get a 6th page 7th page etc.

                        You are better off sending a ticket. Also they don't work weekends. While today is technically considered monday for them, it is only ~2 am I believe.
                        Nonetheless, they said Cherry Credits would be the one handling the community issues/problems, thus a ticket gets to them quicker as I don't believe they have time to look at forums with the influx of tickets.
