Does fatigue reset twice?

So I do know fatigue resets daily for me at 11 am. However, when I'm playing around this time (8:28 pm) of night my fatigue just randomly resets back to 800. Anybody know?

There's a bit of a hiccup with the game where factors of the daily system (daily quests, pwr/fatigue, life, and/or log in) will reset additional times a day.
But to answer your question, pwr/fatigue normally resets once a day.
