So...does this mean we just got banned because we were/are currently RH? Not even an e-mail notification saying what I did wrong and we can't do anything about it too?


P.S. Yes I'm adding in with the numerous forum posts about being banned because this really doesn't feel right.

If ED feel players are abusing RH , then just remove the RH stuff. No points you blocking RH or inactive players. You are not trying to solve any problem.
Players can just make a NEW RH account

I ocassionally played this game and have received 3 RH rewards on 3 different occasions. The problem is that I can't even decline their reward when I played after a month or two of break even if receiving it more than once is illegal. So tell me how as a newly returned player was supposed to even know this?

Yes it is, and im freakin angry right now because i wanna play and get the ftg then i got banned? i dont even know whats the dupe here and if thier is a scammers or hackers i even thought this was a good game because its hard to scam somebody

I am an old dragon nest player and is playing not permanently i get bored easily because i have no friends to play with then thats where i stop playing then the next like 4 months i play again to see whats new then i got rh, then when i get bored again i take a break at the game for like 3 months then i came back and i think this is the 3rd time i got rh but then i got banned? why?

Got banned also, I got RH twice on my account but I'm not abusing RH policy I just don't have the time to play sometimes. My RH already expired but still get blocked. Yeah I started playing 24cap not continuous but still get blocked well played by ED blocking even players who played almost from the start.

Still hoping for ED, I still want to spend fun moments with my guildmates and friends.

So far, only RH accounts got banned be it your main account or alternative account. Weekends is still days ahead, hope all
the RH accounts that werent connected to any of the abuse can get their accounts back the earliest. This may just be a result
of lack of time with the unexpected maintenance since checking all rh accounts would require a lot amount of time. For now it
would be best to give the team some support for trying to act accordingly to the reports given in this forum unless everyone just
wants another random handler for the game who cares nothing about the players and wouldn't even try to hear out some of the
issues voiced out.

it seems ED doesn't know the word "FARMING" or "GRINDING" let's just be honest. its a time consuming game to become stronger and hardcore gamers will farm or grind a lot

My brother and I have been playing DN On and Off for years now, Never have we bought/sold any freaking gold, , never abused in-game content since we're lazy af that we buy alot of freaking Cash Items to sell in TH, never violated any of your "rules, never botted since we have this mindset that all programs for "cheating" is loaded with keyloggers..

We just came back to DN this server migration, and our RH status have been expired for about a month or two but we still got "blocked". I cant believe this.

3/4 of the facebook comments are about blocked players. Did some power hungry employee ran a "Zero Tolerance" policy and you guys decided to ban most of your ACTIVE playerbase??

I've sent 1:1 inquiry but that takes days if not weeks.

Please unblock us asap.
