unable to sort help !!

is there a fix on this i tried to empty my inventory but once i put two items and more and press the sort it will say unable to sort

I believe there's a thread regarding this. Either way you post on the thread or open a ticket.

I had that problem before, and i posted the affected IGN in same thread in bug section, Verbena noticed and put it in the list. few days after it is fixed.
