Well...That is their goal. This event is only useless to people who can't afford or is not willing to buy jellies in cash. If anything Miracle Jelly Garden is accompanied by the reboot GDN that comes after Bleed Phantom in DN KR so it's most likely that it'll be on April rather than March.
