Actually it is very interesting question. I wonder if we either just will not have any access to the game until we move to on of the three listed countries (lol) or our accounts are going to be permanently banned/deleted? In 1st case our characters with all items are safe but unreachable while the 2nd option is a real dead-end =(

They can't delete accounts if there's no breach of terms, even if they're inactive. So your accounts WON'T be deleted, they will just be inaccessible through any IP located outside those 3 countries.
