am i the only one who expecience the log in issue? i am a returnee player, everytime i log-in the 2nd password i disconnected to the game. see the picture i attached! I do this all day still the same issue! i want to play the game!! LET ME IN!! this is not the first time!! same issue when i get my 1st returnee!

You can try reset 2nd-Password at website
maybe it can help..

I had a similar problem with my RH account. My work around for this is:
- logged in a character into town with a non-RH account
- returned to the character selection screen and changed my non-RH account to my RH account
- logged in the character that would be RH'ed

not sure if it would work for you but its worth a try since it always works for me when i encounter this problem.
