I have no right to say this but in my opinion .. its Inquisitor.
The reason is Artillery has some skill bugs so we can't assume that she can go par with inqui's dps.
Always look straight to your goals, conquer them all and have fun.
I got both and i gotta say that my Inqui have a better damage output than my Artillery on the same or even worse equipment level, if you gear an inqui you'll get much better damage i suppose
