We are just restarting the game and then this immediate problem...lack of official announcements on all platforms such as FB and forums just to give everyone a heads up... they could have extended the opening a bit if they weren't ready just so the new beginning will have a perfect start

Come to think of it, they should have had enough time to make sure everything will run smoothly today, or at least made sure that we can at least enter the game properly

@meshpolygon... sh1t happens might be an acceptable expression for many people but I do not buy that excuse and I certainly don't expect it from the game developer themselves... that's why there are things we professionals call as preparations and contingency plans.. to avoid such failures.. I did not expect anything from the previous handlers since they just always revert the issue to the developers.. but the game devs are now running the show, so what now?

acunacun Well I admit, they showed an unbelievable level unprofessionalism, add empty promises to the lack of official announcements, patch logs etc.. In hindsight, their actions may only mean one thing, they don't have our backs anymore. They might turn tail and flee one of these days, leave us in the air or plan of a grand disposal to dispose us all. One of these will happen next.

Yes it's already patched from V237 (last CC-handled version) to V239 (first EYE-handled version). But then there's this stuck at character loading screen issue.

Not really. I think if you have that issue, it could be your firewall or antivirus software inteferring? If so, add DN as in your firewall of antivirus exclusion list.
