and addition to this: Could you guys provide more info about this when you send us the 1:1 inquiry? I want to know if some of you didn't receive the rewards or all of you didn't. Also If only some of you didn't receive the reward, let me know your IGN list please. Then, I will go through the management tool if the reward was sent properly or not first and reward you again if it wasn't properly sent.

Hello! Concerned player from NEOPHEONIX here. I would also like to say that none of my co-members (at least the ones who responded) got the Lagendian Guild Showcase rewards.
Skyros even you didn't receive the reward and the rest of NEOPHEONIX..? well mantou said you and the rest of your guild need to sent 1:1 inquiry i hope they solve this problem
I wouldn't like to say all but yes, when I asked the question all who answered replied that they did not receive the rewards. 1:1 inquiry seems to be a hassle if all of my guildies did not receive said rewards.
Okay, so with our management tool, it seems like some of the players of the guilds have received the rewards already.
Let me resend you the reward to you guys before tmrw again.
However, pls note that the guild members who joined the guild after the launch won't be able to receive the rewards since the rewards was for the FB event that was held before the launch. Also, whoever received the rewards already won't be able to receive it twice as well.
Update: Rewards sent. As the note of the event rewards described, the reward is account basis, so please make sure you receive the items for a character you'd like to choose. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused you, and thank you for your patience.
