I've already done that actually that one is first then the next quest is this one but I didnt see anything..I've tried also to finish side-quest hoping it came out that Invisible Bookshelf but still nothing Hope you can help me

I'm not sure if either you click something on the shelf or get close to it then cut scene will appear

maybe you didn't do it right, iirc my Raymechanic should have done that quest. did you examined the painting above rubinart's bed? then hit the bookshelf beside the bed? anyway the reward is only lv80 HG destruction jade which is useless in 95cap, just skip it when you reach lv 90.
