Where do i buy eye cash in the philippines

Hey guys I have been planning to top-up eyecash recently. Where do i buy Eye-cash here in PH?

Note that there are 2 cash currencies in DN right now: EyeC and EyeT, and they are obtained in 2 different ways.

1. EyeC is via paypal. They say it has purchasing limits which I do not know.
2. EyeT is via topping up CC and then converting it. This one has no purchasing limits.

so topping up with the physical scratch card of CC would give you unlimited purchasing capabilities unlike when using paypal? but i heard that the price is unreasonably high

About the purchasing limits, I really have no idea. I do not use Paypal so I have no proper knowledge about EyeC. I just relayed what was posted at DN SEA's main page. About prices of CC scratch cards in PH, what I know is all denominations increased by 20 PHP per 5k CC since the service transfer.
