Provide the latest manual patch ASAP

Why ED so lazy putting the current latest manual patch ?, because i need to deploy it on many PC.
Using auto-update on each of those PC is SLOW and such a waste of bandwidth.

In Cherrycredit era, while on maintenance they actually put the manual patch BEFORE the server goes live.
So we can download the manual patch beforehand then play DN right away when server goes live.
