SEA server EXP bonus per max level characters

When we get increase EXP bonus per character 50% capped to 250% like ALL other servers?
this is even havent been changed after 2x cap lvl patch
only SEA that stuck with only 5% bonus exp capped to 25%
also, to mention that the exp scroll is the most expensive across all server. around x10 price from other server. like what
will we get changes to that stuffs?

Highly unlikely. At this point you're better off giving up on the things that should, but never came to, be implemented in our server. We are just cash cows to them.

Of course, if ED is willing to prove my statement wrong then I shall gladly welcome their attempt.

I don't think it's necessary anymore, since they implement an Exp boost event called "Hot Time" every month now.
