Ummm.. can you let us fully transfer/sell/move the items that we bought?

I wasn't aware of this until now.. So, I was trying to transfer my costume set to another character, I was able to put the costume armor inside the Server Cash Storage but the weapons cannot be put inside it, so I tried to mail it but apparently, I can't. Finally, I tried to put the weapon costume up in TH but it says it's not tradable. What the heck, mates? Why is this even a thing? Does this mean that those weapons are stuck in 1 character? I need the full costume to get the set bonus! Why can't we freely move the stuff that we bought?

Yes it is intended except for some special weapon costume such as Aisha's. Why? Of course to encourage people to top up to get the item duh...
