Improve Customer Service in Account Issue

Hi ED,

Kindly improve your customer service as in replying to those player who having account issue, for online platform, account issue should be treated as High Priority issue.

just like account verification, it just a simple process to verify and unlock the account, but some of the player feedback ED takes more than 4months but still never reply.


Look forward to see this issue got improvement.

Up Up Up!!! This is so good, people will not go back playing due to their poor customer service, especially the player didnt do something bad...
If they really want people to keep playing and new people
joining the DNSea, this one should be on the top of their list...

Hi Guys, just an updates, ED Replied to my account verification, please chase them every 2-4days.

Although they replied, but still takes 1month+
