Weapon coupons for Pania Store and lances

I've been holding on to my noble light weapon coupon since forever to exchange it to a lance, but it never came... And honestly, I would be ok if they just copied the spear as a lance, like with the Atonement Darkness Weapons.

Is there any possibility, information or anything regarding this? I'm pretty sure there should be other people with possibly other kinds of weapon coupons (or maybe just me :P )

Additionally (and out of curiosity), what will happen when the new Machina weapons come?
