Please Lift limitation of purchasing using EYEC (refill via Paypal) in Cash shop

Please EYE lift the limitation of purchasing in Cash shop using EYEC (refilled via Paypal). I just refilled today and It's like DNP that even VIP package, Altea box and other Functional items like Heraldy/Talisman slot can't purchase using EYEC. Or something that can convert from EYEC to EYET.

Hoping for the consideration regarding this matter.

So, What should I do with my load now if I can't purchase the item I want?
