Help !!! Not getting dnp coupons

hello im new player from indonesia.
im still asking WHY I HAVENT DNP COUPONS.
im ask many people in game n they said it should be there in ec tab misc if u got lv 95.
maybe admin can help my issues.
im so confuse how im playing without blue bird , stamp , jelly and many other items at cash shop.
sorry for my bad english , im so thankfull who can help me out of this issues.
