Geraint Nickname Error

Description:
1. I always changed my name and it still won't let me. it's saying that error (Refer to the attached image)
2. Geraint Server does not work but Velskud works? it's not even a matter of Crowded or not.
NOTE: I just wanted to play with someone I know there.
Expected result: Done Selecting Character
Actual result: Error
