Reproduction steps:
1. accept dailies
2. do vulcanus swamp first
3. when you cross the middle bridge to fight the mob, the npc chat pops up
Actual result: after clicking close, i cant use skills and quit the game. aka completely stuck
Expected result: this isnt even supposed to happen
Temporary Solution (work-around): opening the task manager and ending task (havent tried not doing vulcanus swamp first)
