Cant Retrieve Reward

I get the following error when i try to retrieve it:



The error says "Cannot retrieve Gift : Storage slots cannot be increased"

Any fix/solution?

yup, they should've made these rewards separate! my inventory/storage are both maxed out & of course it won't let me accept the 2nd reward. but since they put both the costume & that bound to be accepted together, can't take the costume!
