I downloaded the game today and get this when tried login
i logged in and create a character without any text in character creation,but canno't enter in game because need to create a password and no have numbers to chose

I up-vote this. I'm having the same issue it's kind of annoying.

i found a solution,just turn on firewall
press win+R
services.msc
search for firewall or windows firewall and turn on/
open the game

This fix did not work for me. Still experiencing the bug.

Please update your graphic cards to the latest versions and try again ! Hope that helps.

I apologize for late question but. did you ever find a fix because im still getting this error and i cannot get help anywhere on google or any other forums.
