The Support System protocol of closing support tickets without explanation, or resolution is quite confusing and counter productive.
It would be more efficient by sending ONE and only ONE support ticket and waiting for as long as it take to reach a solution.
Instead without any explanation or resolution, some attempt to solve what seem a simple problem, often result in the support ticked being closed before a solution is reached.
It is expected behavior to keep the original support ticked OPEN until a solution is attained.
Please streamline and optimize your support system. Your game playing community base will greatly appreciate a more informative support system.
