Help Please...

Okay, I am absolutely awful with computers so bare with me.

I downloaded the three parts to the full client. I end up with three different downloaded products: a Zipped file entitled "Dragonnest_archive" and two other... things (signified by a white piece of paper wiht a fold in the top right corner, 3 gigs each) titled Dragonnest_archive.z01 and Dragonnest_archive.z02. What do I do next?

I tried extracting the zipped file but it gives me an error message and proceeds to tell me "The same volume cannot be used as both the source and destination".

I just want to play, man. I'm very bad with this kind of computer stuff and can't seem to figure it out. It wasn't this difficult when Nexon had the rights to the game, you just downloaded the game, let it install and hit play. :/

Follow up: if I attempt to extract each item in the zipped file individually it tells me that Windows cannot complete the extraction because the destination cannot be created.

Try downloading the FULL version instead of the parts then run the setup and it should install correctly. Installing from steam is also a good option since it's just click download and then play when it's finished.
