I recently got my account block which doesn't make sense. Reason being is that it's a ban for refunds, thing is I never requested a refund.
I also just checked my email and there's one saying that Xsolla, pretty much gave us a refund.
Thing is, I never even requested for a refund. This also happened to my cousin and brother, all of us which got blocked ( because I bought them each a card to use for the web shop deals).
None of us contacted Xsolla requesting for a refund. We would like this to be fixed. Should we contact Xsolla saying that we never requested for a refund?
We are big supporters of the game each of us spending well over $50 and have never done anything to deserve a crazy ban like this.
I'll provide whatever proof I have to. (idk how I'm going to prove that I didn't request for a refund because I didn't...)
