Error + Blocked

Hi! I couldn't log in the game for like 2 days since the patch because an error , and I had to download the game again . Today after finishing the download I try to log in my account and sent me a message "your account has been blocked #1002" , first I play casually and didn´t do anything and I couldn´t even log so . What is going on?

My IGN is Myrene (but a have a lot of characters too in that account) anyway hope any GM can help me out with this problem .
