So I submitted a ticket a while back which was redirected to Cherry Credits. I received an email asking me to respond via Cherry messenger or my ticket will close in 10 days. It seems that I have to log in using Cherry Credits account yet my login details for DN NA (both forum and in-game) do not work.
How am I supposed to reply to this if I don't have an account??

Also checked via "forgot password?" and it reveals that my account doesn't exist (bad design tbh, too much info). So essentially they replied to an account that doesn't exist?...
