buildings don't show up

when logged onto my character I noticed that all of the buildings in saints haven where missing. I did have to replace some of the igncode3 file just to get the game to start which is most likely the cause but I am not 100% sure. this is the link to the forum post that has the launcher fix for the files I replaced.
