game closes after ED logo?

i could play fine 2 days ago but when i try launching the game starts but closes within about 5 seconds after the eyedentity logo. sometimes it gets to the irine loading screen but then closes almost immediately after.
ive tried reinstalling multiple times (from both steam and the normal client), running as admin, compatibility, etc. nothing seems to help??

heres a screenshot of my DN folder as well. (the only other file at the very bottom under the rmakeresult.txt is ShortCutConfig.txt)


the log that comes up just says:
'17:11:06' DragonNest Start
'17:11:07' Service Setup PreInitialize Start
'17:11:17' Service Setup PreInitialize End


please help ?

Try reinstalling the game
If you recently updated to the latest Windows 10, this thread might help

i’ve already reinstalled like 5 times and also tried the normal client. i also rolled back my xigncode files multiple times and still no luck (,:
