So I finally managed to get into the game by manually downloading all patches and letting it patch overnight, but now I only have one problem which is that every time I accept a quest or try to open up my quest menu, I get extreme lag. My screen freezes for about a minute and I have to just wait for it to let me move or do anything again... please tell me how to fix this!
