Permanent Black screen after leaving HUB town

my character is in saint's haven, every time i try to leave it towards a place where i can access dungeons, i get a black screen and... nothing, nothing happens, it gets stuck there.

i was able to play perfectly before yesterday, but the whole day yesterday i had this issue and same today morning. any idea what is causing this? my net is fine as far as i can see.
