  • Account Failed to Transfer

    I suppose this is old news by now, but my friend transferred their account before the deadline and when they tried to log in after all the transfer business, they found that their account no longer exists. We discovered that the characters on the account must still exist, as their character names are still taken. When they did the transfer, they put in their email and confirmed it. However, since they didn't receive any sort of confirmation email, they tried it again with a different email, yielding the same results. Now that the time for transferring is over, it doesn't seem to have worked at all, as they have received no emails still. They tried to create another account with the same email as the previous, but it is only a blank slate to be used to send tickets (which, by the way, have not helped).

    Has this happened to others? Is it time to give up? We're both really disappointed as that account had numerous hours and real life money spent on it, and it's such a shame for it all to go to waste.

    Happened to me still waiting on a response from support but language barrier...

    UPDATE: Got my account. Misspelled my email by one letter so I had to make another gmail account and resend the verification.

      I don't think time is up. I'd still keep trying to contact support. The character names are still taken, but is it the same class that your friend was? It wasn't just someone who took the name right? Best of luck to your friend ^^

        Well, it's not that we found their characters in game, it's that you cannot make another character with the same name. The names are pretty unique, so it's unlikely that someone else has come along and used them.

        Anyways, I guess the company just doesn't care enough to offer any more service, as even though my friend has sent several tickets, they don't give any sort of personalized reply. They won't be playing anymore. :/
