Dragon Nest don´t load the textures

I installed the game multiple times ´cause It didn´t charge the textures properly and without sound or any npc, enemy, houses, login screen.
I´ve tried multiple times reinstalling the game (like 3 or 4 times) and still doesn´t work.

I don´t know how to make it work, pls help
