hmm its been aldy the 5th day of my account and got banned
i aldy sent up some 1:1 inquery and my account got permanently banned
due to refund process i did what i have to do cause i top up thru paypal and buy some CC but it didnt load up to me
so i came into my bank and said that ive lost money in my atm and it wasn't load up into the game
GM what shall i do to deal with it?
can you help me pls. my member of guild needs me
