Can't enter snowmelt forest

Well.. it's fresh install, im level 1 and when i try to enter in the snowmelt the game froze but the bg animation still, and can't enter either close the game. I can click the "ok", "join party" or cancel that nothing happen.. already close the game with task manager and still same bug.. on the SEA this won't happen i can play normally and i only come to play here because less lag.

EDIT: When i manage to "enter" i got DC ... well it's tottaly unplayable DN on eyedentity
