DC at reward chest screen in dungeon

I keep getting disconnected from the world at the reward chest screen in dungeon/nest, meaning i dont get my reward. It happens like 20-30% of the time.
My system specs are way above average and thus i dont think this is the issue. I also got this error when nexon was in charge of the game.

I use Rogers internet as my ISP (canada).
Any idea what is causing this issue?

Damn. Is there a way to fix? E. g. Use vpn? Hotspot shield? I hate dcing at the end of nests and not getting my goods

Using a VPN should fix it for now. My friend has the same problem and that's how he fixed it. Try and contact support tho
