  • Client Problems

    I can download the game from the new website just fine, but when I open the new launcher after the game installation I get a popup saying "File Copy Failed" and another saying "Client Data Error, Please reinstall the client".
    I uninstalled the new and the old DN, redownloaded and reinstalled the new DN, but the popups happened just the same.
    They occur at Patch00000558.pak, if that helps?

    I had the same issue this worked for me

    C > Program Files x86 > EYEDENTITY GAMES > DragonNest

    run " dnlauncher.exe " as Administrator.

    Done

      Running as admin worked! Thank you.
      Although I just found out about the event that was the only way to transfer your old account, and I about flipped a table.
      I made my account at the NA launch of DN in 2011 and had multiple capped characters. I'm not sure I will be playing this game again after losing all of that time and effort.
      That screwed over a crap ton of players.

              I get the "patch check failed" error and then follows "Client Data Error, Please reinstall the client".

                There's a maintenance going on, it was happening to me too but I didn't realize the servers were offline
