Ok, this is my problem:
Its annoying since it happens when doing the Nightmare dungeons. Also happens on regular dungeons while doing daily quests and such.
Happens randomly, i could be playing for 3+ hours straight and have no problems. Or, like this weekend, could be playing for less than 1 hour and get several disconects in a row.
Im not sure its my internet, since everytime this happens im on discord/skype and calls dont drop. I also dont have any trouble when playing other online games, like DotA or CSGO, they work perfectly fine, no drops no nothing, smooth gameplay. Also, i used to play on other servers using the same internet provider and this wasnt an issue. When i started playing on 3 months ago it wasnt an issue either.
I've re-installed two times and no improvemnt. Tried lowering graphs but no change. Ive bought a new router but that wasnt it either, problem persisted. Firewall has had the game on its whitelist and ive also tried disableing it, same with antivirus, nothing.
Im only missing to try port forwarding or messing around with DNS things. But i think DN uses different ports each time. Also, this issue wasnt a thing before. It started out of nowhere a couple of weeks ago. No changes have been made to any software or hardware on my pc.
Here is an example, it can stay in this screen. Its not frozen, i can still type, party members still see me conected and if i just wait i do get the chest reward, then it justs kicks me out with the DC message.
When doing nightmares, it will freeze on the black screen while transitioning from stage 1 to stafe 2. I have no fps issues at all.
Any ideas? I read that using a VPN worked for a similar case but im not from Canada (the person with the issue was from there) also i dont know of any VPNs that would work. Any help would be accepted.
