Second verification email never received.

Hello. Im new to Dragons Nest, and have not been able to start playing for a few weeks, because I cant seem to receive the second email verification. I do the first verification, then go to in game. Once I log on game it gives me another message saying I need to verify again, but there is never any email to verify my account with. Ive tried several times, and have just made a second ticket on this issue. Ive included a screenshot image of the verification screen. Anyone else having this trouble?

Thanks, but as I already said Ive tried several times and I never get any email to confirm my account. This is frustrating, especially since I know many others are having this same issue and nothing seems to be getting done to fix it. Ive made two tickets on this, and nobody has ever responded...... Can someone from the Dragons Nest team help out here???
