White screen of death.

Hey,

So today the game crashed and I received that error if I wanted to send a report or not. When I tried reloading the game from steam I get the initial "dragon nest on steam" box then it soon turned white, completely frozen. I tried loading it from steam and then from my desktop but I got the same white screen. Restarting my computer didnt help the situation.

If anyone is also experiencing this or knows a solution that would be great.

Update: I've updated windows and now the white screen is showing me a "page request time out" error.
