Installation bug?

So I play Dragon Nest via Steam and my computer was playing up every time I went to start the game up... I "Verified Integrity of Game Files" for Dragon Nest and apparently 24 files were missing and DN proceeded to reinstall itself... Now every time I start the game up, it comes up with the main screen without showing the "Granom" screen. Then as soon as I click play it'll pop that crash error.
I'm lost on what to do.


Update: I've uninstalled the game entirely from my computer for the time being. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Your game files died (paks are broken), the only way to fix it is to re-download the game entirely.

I've just started downloading the client, separately from Steam.. I hope that works!
